Terms of Use

The rules for using the Extra Plastik website and user account: purpose of the site, product information, accounts, intellectual property and liability.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the dev.extraplastik.com website (the “Site”) owned by Extra Plastik San. Tic. A.Ş. (“Extra Plastik”) and of the user accounts opened on it. By using the Site you accept these terms; you also confirm them separately when creating an account. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is a corporate website presenting Extra Plastik's plants, products, brands and references. No product sales, orders or payments take place on the Site, and it is not a distance-selling platform under consumer protection law. Any information or offer about products, prices, delivery terms or cooperation is subject to separate correspondence and agreements between the parties outside the Site.

3. Product information

Names, images, volumes, dimensions, raw materials, technical drawings and features in the product catalogue are prepared carefully for presentation purposes. However:

  • colours in images may look different depending on your screen; prints and labels in images are examples;
  • dimensions and volumes may vary within production tolerances;
  • the range, models and specifications may change without prior notice.

Before selecting a product for a specific use, please contact us for current technical data and the documents you need. Unless confirmed in writing, information on the Site is not an offer, warranty or commitment.

4. User account

  • An account may be opened by natural persons aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and not sharing it. If you notice unauthorised use of your account, change your password immediately and tell us.
  • The account is personal and not transferable.
  • You can delete your account at any time on the “Delete Account” page of the user panel.
  • Extra Plastik may suspend or close an account in case of use contrary to these terms or the law, account creation by automated means, or behaviour that endangers the security of the Site.

5. Prohibited use

When using the Site you may not:

  • attempt unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or other users' accounts;
  • try to bypass the captcha, rate limits or other security measures;
  • crawl the Site with automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) in a way that overloads it, or copy its content in bulk;
  • use the contact form to send advertising, spam, malware or unlawful content;
  • use another person's identity or contact details without permission.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, product photographs, technical drawings, logos, brand names (including Extra Plastik, Exdoz, Exped and Exfit) and design elements on the Site belong to Extra Plastik or the respective right holders and are protected by Turkish copyright and industrial property law. You may view them to evaluate our products, but you may not reproduce, modify, use commercially or publish them elsewhere without our written permission. Company logos on the references page belong to those companies and are used only to show the business relationship or sales channel.

7. External links

The Site may link to websites of sales points and business partners. We have no control over their content, security or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. Purchases on those sites are subject to the seller's own terms.

8. Availability and liability

We take due care for the Site to run without interruption or error, but maintenance, updates, technical failures or service-provider issues may cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of information on the Site or from the Site being unavailable. Liability for intent and gross negligence and liability that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.

9. Notifications and contact

11. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

These terms may be updated when necessary; the current version applies from its publication on this page. Registered users are informed on the Site of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; without prejudice to the statutory rights of users acting as consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction.
