About Extra Plastik
A plastic packaging manufacturer that designs, produces and markets its own products in its own plants in Istanbul and Kocaeli.
Who we are
Extra Plastik San. Tic. A.Ş. is an industrial company that designs, manufactures and markets plastic packaging products in its own plants. Our head office and Plant 2 are located in İkitelli Organised Industrial Zone, Istanbul; Plant 1 is in Dilovası İMES Organised Industrial Zone, Kocaeli. Our own teams carry a product from the idea and the mould through production to packing and dispatch.
This structure gives us two practical advantages. First, we know what is done at every stage of a product and can route any question directly to the team responsible for it. Second, customer requests about colour, printing, dimensions or packing go straight into the production plan instead of getting lost along a supply chain.
What we make
Our range consists of plastic packaging and accessories used in daily life and in the healthcare, sports nutrition, cosmetics and food supplement sectors. Our main product groups are:
- Protein shakers and mixer bottles,
- Supplement jars and tubs,
- Tablet, capsule and effervescent bottles,
- Liquid, shot and tube packaging,
- Closures and measuring scoops,
- Pill boxes, dose organisers, pill cutters and hospital-type medicine boxes,
- Pad cases, toothbrush cases and medical, cosmetic and special-purpose boxes.
The technical data of each product, such as volume, neck diameter, raw material and closure type, is listed separately in our product catalogue; where a dimension drawing exists, it is shown on the product page as well. With the catalogue filters you can find products by volume or raw material in a few clicks.
How we make it
We manufacture by injection moulding and blow moulding. Injection moulding is used for parts with precise dimensions such as closures, scoops, boxes and shaker bodies; blow moulding is used for hollow products such as bottles and flasks. The raw material of each product (such as PP, PET or HDPE) is stated on its product page.

Our own brands and private label production
Besides products under its own name, Extra Plastik manufactures products that reach consumers under the Exdoz, Exped and Exfit brands. Exdoz covers our medication reminder boxes and Exped our sanitary pad cases. Our products are available through partner pharmacies, pharmaceutical wholesalers, national retail chains and online platforms; these channels are listed on our References and Sales Points page.
We also produce logo-printed and private-label products for companies that sell under their own brand. In such projects, colour, printing and packing details are agreed together for each project.
