How our products are made: the processes we use, the stages a product passes through and where our plants are.

Our production methods

Injection moulding

In injection moulding, plastic granules are fed into the machine, melted and injected under pressure into a steel mould. The part cools inside the mould and comes out with its exact shape. The method suits parts whose dimensions and fit must be precise: shaker bodies and lids, screw and snap closures, measuring scoops, daily and weekly compartment pill boxes, pad cases and toothbrush cases are made this way.

Blow moulding

In blow moulding, a preform is first made from molten plastic; inside the mould it is inflated with air until it lies against the mould wall, giving a hollow body. We use this method for products that must be voluminous, light and strong, such as tablet and capsule bottles, liquid supplement bottles and flask-type products.

From production to dispatch

  1. Design and dimensions: volume, neck size, closure type and intended use are defined and dimension drawings are prepared.
  2. Mould: the product mould is prepared and the dimensions are confirmed with trial shots.
  3. Raw material: a raw material suited to the product's use (such as PP, PET or HDPE) and the colourant are selected.
  4. Production: parts are made on the injection or blow moulding lines, with dimensional and visual checks during the run.
  5. Printing and assembly: logos are printed where requested; parts such as lid, scoop and body are assembled.
  6. Packing and dispatch: products are packed in cartons so that they are not damaged in transit and prepared for shipment.

Colour, printing and private label

For companies selling under their own brand we can produce our products in different colours and with logo printing. The feasibility of a project depends on the selected model, the colour and printing technique and the way of packing. Technical drawings and product data

Many products in our catalogue have a dimensioned technical drawing. The drawing is shown on the product page and can be opened full screen; its dimension labels follow the language of the site, Turkish or English. Volume, neck diameter, raw material, closure type and similar data are listed in the specification table on the product page and are available as catalogue filters.
